Welcome to MRC Properties. These Brokerage Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between MRC Properties (hereafter referred to as “the Company”) and its clients (hereafter referred to as “the Client”) regarding property transactions facilitated by the Company.

  1. Scope of Services
  • The Company will provide property broking services for buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Property listings are based on availability and market conditions at the time of inquiry.
  1. Brokerage Fees
  • For property sales, a brokerage fee of [1%] of the transaction value will be charged.
  • For rental transactions, a brokerage fee equivalent to [ One month rent] will apply.
  • Brokerage fees are payable upon signing of the Sale Agreement or Lease Agreement.
  1. Payment Terms
  • All payments are due within 7 working days of invoice issuance.
  • Delayed payments will attract a late fee of [0.5%] per month.
  1. Client Obligations
  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their property preferences and requirements.
  • The Client must disclose any existing property agreements or obligations.
  1. Confidentiality
  • The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and transaction details.
  1. Property Inspections
  • Property inspections will be arranged by the Company as per mutually agreed schedules.
  • The Company is not responsible for any defects or issues discovered post-transaction.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Company shall not be held liable for any financial loss, property disputes, or transaction failures beyond its control.
  1. Termination
  • Either party may terminate the brokerage agreement with a 15 days written notice.
  • Brokerage fees for services rendered prior to termination remain payable.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Mumbai jurisdiction.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai jurisdiction.
